This isn't just support, it's a chance to transform the way you show up in one of life's most challenging roles.

Basic Info

The program runs for 6 weeks, giving you structure and accountability with a clear start and finish.

Group Coaching

Group zoom calls are scheduled for Wednesdays and Saturdays (put time in). You can choose to attend one or both, depending on what fits best for you.

the mobility and safety audit

You'll get a personalized review of your parents home environment with recommendations to help keep your parent safer.

the community

You'll join a private online space where you can connect with other caregivers, share progress, and ask questions. You'll also have access to ask me questions during open office hours.

scheduling and rescheduling

We allow rescheduling for private coaching sessions, as long as they fall within the 6 weeks, and replays are available for all group calls.

Individual coaching

These four 1:1 calls, held over Zoom, give you space to focus on your unique situation and get customized guidance.
